Mommy & Me Yoga at the Wakulla County Public Library In-Person
We are on pins and needles with excitment to announce Mommy & Me Yoga at the Wakulla County Public Library!! In partnership with Dr. Haley Brown and Real Recovery 850, we are excited to bring you a program meant for new mothers and babies up to 2 years of age. Please bring your own yoga mat and any additional yoga aids, as we will not have mats available to use. If you cannot make the date please contact the program specialists at the library since space is limited and we have a waiting list. Registration is per yoga class. Registering for one class does not register you for all.
